"Excellent Experience with All Stars Appliance Repair
I have a rental property in Brentwood, CA and I used All Stars Appliance Repair to fix my Whirlpool washer—since my tenant told me that the washer wasn’t spinning and they couldn’t do their laundry. The technician who came to do the repair was excellent. My tenant told me that he showed up on time, exactly as they promised, fixed the washer right away and left the working area very clean. And the repair process was superb. Once the tech found the problem he call me directly to tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost. My husband called All Stars Appliance Repair. The technician showed up at the appointed time, charged us exactly what he estimated, and fixed our broken washer in half an hour. I also asked him to take a look at a gas line behind the dryer because sometimes it seems like I smell gas. He did that for no additional charge and I asked him if he knows of any reliable plumbers. He told me that he knows some companies do make recommendations but he didn’t want to put his reputation in jeopardy by suggesting a company he can’t personally guarantee. It is really refreshing to know that people like All Stars Appliance Repair are still around.
